For orders canceled before preparation has begun, PinecreekWay Pizzeria will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If preparation of your order has already started, cancellation may not be possible. Returns and Exchanges
Given the perishable nature of our food items, PinecreekWay Pizzeria generally does not accept returns.
